1 melon , of good size
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
3/4 cups sugar
6 sprigs mint leaf

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh into pearls or small balls, or cut it into cubes and distribute them into 6 cups.
In a bowl, mix the wine with the ginger and the sugar until the sugar has dissolved; distribute the wine into the 6 cups.
Garnish each cup with a sprig of mint placed on the rim.
