Microwave Baked Apple

We present to you a delicious dessert with anti-inflammatory properties. It’s perfect to take to work. Place the apple in a container with all the ingredients and cook it in the office microwave. You can prepare several apples and freeze them.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • Cut the top off the apple to create a lid. Remove the core and then scoop out the inside of the apple.
  • Finely chop what you extracted from the apple, combine it with the sweetener, ground cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and place the filling back into the apple. Put the lid on top and microwave for 5 minutes on high power.
  • Remove from the microwave, let cool for 1 minute, and enjoy.
