  • For the base: Cut the star paper into the shape of the base to help our cake unmold faster.
  • Put a little butter at the bottom of the mold and then place the paper; this will help keep the paper in place.
  • Cut the acetate into strips the height of the mold we are going to use. This will help us avoid staining the cake when unmolding and make it easier to unmold.
  • Crush the cookie; we can do it by hand and sift the crumbs produced.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave.
  • Mix the cookie with the butter.
  • Place at the bottom and press down with a masher to make the base even and firm.
  • Put the mold in the freezer.
  • For the filling: Add the Philadelphia ® cheese.
  • Add the sugar and beat with a whisk.
  • Add the whipping cream to the mixture in the mixer until it is whipped.
  • Mix the gelatin with part of the sugar, add water, and dissolve in the microwave.
  • Mix the hot gelatin with the warm milk and vanilla to avoid lumps.
  • Divide the mixture into 3 and color.
  • Pour each color into the mold.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • For decoration: Place a layer of jam and the fruits.
  • Place the flowers.
