1/2 cups flour
300 grams puff pastry
1 teaspoon sugar
orange marmalade
1 egg, for brushing

Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Dust flour over the table, roll out the puff pastry into a square. Cut it into 10*10 cm squares.
Place the pastry squares on a greased baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Spread jam over the squares and fold them in half (corner to corner). Seal the edges with a bit of egg.
Brush the pastries with egg and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
