  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 package María cookies
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 passion fruit
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 15 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Crush all the Maria cookies, melt the butter, mix the cookies and butter until you have a sandy paste, put it in a mold and flatten the paste evenly across the mold, then place it in the refrigerator until the mixture is ready.
  • Mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, sugar, evaporated milk, and dissolve the 2 packets of gelatin in water, microwave for 20 seconds until it becomes liquid (the gelatin must be at room temperature before adding to the mixture) and incorporate into the previous mixture.
  • Make the passion fruits into juice without water, Divide the mixture in half and add the passion fruit juice to one half. Pour one mixture into the mold first, then gently add the other to avoid mixing.
