Peach and Pear Cups

This recipe for peach and pear cups is a very healthy dessert that looks very nice. It's a cold dessert that doesn't require much advance preparation. I recommend it.

  • 2 peaches, large and ripe
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 leaves peppermint, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 pears
  • 1 canned peaches, white

  • Blend the white peach and stir with sugar and chopped mint. Add the lemon juice immediately.
  • Peel the pears and peaches and chop them into 1 cm cubes. Put them in the puree and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 glass molds like those used for gelatin, press a little, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until serving time.
