Peach Chunk Carlota

  • 5 packages María cookies
  • 1 1/2 cans canned peaches
  • 200 grams nut , chopped
  • 200 grams raisins
  • 1 kilo cream , of your preference
  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • In a blender, combine the peach juice with the cream, sugar, and one peach; blend everything together to create the mixture for the carlota.
  • In the dish, create a layer with the cookies by placing them all at the bottom of the dish. Pour approximately one cup of the peach cream mixture over the first layer, add chunks of peach with chopped walnuts and raisins, and then add the next layer of cookies.
  • The mixture will be layered again in the same manner as the first layer, continuing to layer until reaching the top of the dish or until the cookies and ingredients are finished.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator to enjoy it cold, as if it were a cake.
