Cream the margarine well until white. It is preferable to do this step with a mixer, either stand or hand-held.
Incorporate the sugar and continue beating for about 3 minutes, until it integrates with the margarine.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating for about 3 minutes between each addition.
Add the peach yoghurt and continue beating.
Then incorporate the flour, which has been sifted or sieved with the baking powder. This step can be done with a rubber spatula or a metal whisk (balloon).
Chop three peaches (reserve the rest) into small pieces and incorporate them into the mixture (the liquid should be drained beforehand).
Mix and let the batter rest for a while.
Then pour it into the liners we have previously placed in the molds, only filling them up to three-quarters full.
