Pears in White Wine are the perfect dessert to end a heavy dinner, where dessert is a must. Pears are a fruit that everyone loves, serve them in white wine.

1 1/2 liters white wine
500 grams sugar
cinnamon powder
2 vanilla bean
1 clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 orange, the skin
10 pears, without skin
star anise pods
cinnamon sticks, for decoration

Heat the sugar until it melts, add the lemon juice and spices. Stir to combine everything and add the white wine.
Add the pears (without skin) to the syrup, cover, and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Let the pears cool.
To serve, place one pear on a plate and decorate with a cinnamon stick.
