Pineapple Mousse

  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 packages gelatin, pineapple
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • nuts, to taste

  • The evaporated milks are placed in the freezer for 30 minutes until they are super cold, almost frozen.
  • When the milks are cold, they are poured into a fairly wide container as they rise almost three times.
  • The evaporated milk is whipped until it is like a foam.
  • Then the syrup is heated, and when it is boiling, the gelatin is added to dissolve well.
  • It is poured into the whipped cream in a thin stream and beaten until everything is well mixed.
  • At the end, chopped pineapple and nuts are added.
  • Refrigerate for three hours or until it reaches the desired consistency.
