2 cans evaporated milk
2 packages gelatin, pineapple
1 can canned pineapple

The evaporated milks are placed in the freezer for 30 minutes until they are super cold, almost frozen.
When the milks are cold, they are poured into a fairly wide container as they rise almost three times.
The evaporated milk is whipped until it is like a foam.
Then the syrup is heated, and when it is boiling, the gelatin is added to dissolve well.
It is poured into the whipped cream in a thin stream and beaten until everything is well mixed.
At the end, chopped pineapple and nuts are added.
Refrigerate for three hours or until it reaches the desired consistency.
