  • 700 milliliters red wine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 clove
  • 1 star anise pod
  • 50 unsalted butter

  • Peel the apples.
  • In a pot, put all the ingredients.
  • After 30 minutes, the pears should be cooked. You will know because when you poke them with a knife and lift them, they will slide off the knife.
