  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Filling: Combine the cornstarch with warm water, stirring until the cornstarch has dissolved. Place the raspberries with honey and sugar in a pot and cook over medium heat until the raspberries break down.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and add the cornstarch mixture. Cover a 16x16 square cake pan with aluminum foil, leaving the foil overhang on the sides so you can easily unmold it.
  • In a bowl, combine the Kellogg’s® Krunchy™ Granola Oats and Honey, cinnamon, peanut butter, honey, unsalted butter, and the egg. Reserve half of the mixture and place the other half over the previously lined aluminum pan. Make sure it is well compressed and spread evenly across the bottom of the pan.
  • Pour the raspberry filling over the base of Kellogg’s® Krunchy™ Granola Oats and Honey. Add the sliced almonds to the remaining mixture of Kellogg’s® Krunchy™ Granola Oats and Honey and sprinkle the mixture over the raspberry filling.
  • Mash the mixture with the help of a spoon to make it as compact as possible. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
  • Remove the bar from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
