Raspberry Chocolate Basket

The Raspberry Chocolate Basket has a very attractive presentation that will make all your guests want to try your dessert.

  • 180 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 4 mint leaves

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Using a brush, coat 4 silicone molds. Let cool and unmold. Leave them in a cool place.
  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and carefully fold it into the cream cheese mixture so it doesn't deflate.
  • Cut the raspberries into quarters, reserving one for the decoration of each basket.
  • Mix half of the cream cheese with the raspberries.
  • In each basket, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture with the raspberries, and on top, another layer of pure cream cheese.
  • Garnish each basket with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
