1 liter cow's milk , (whole or skimmed depending on your preference)
1/2 kilos strawberry , medium
2 bananas, sliced
2 mangoes, in strips
1/4 cups sugar

Take the milk and pour it into a blender, add the strawberries, bananas, and mango; gradually add the sugar.
Wait about 5 or 6 minutes until well mixed.
If desired, you can use a strainer to make your smoothie smooth.
Then pour it into a pitcher and let it cool (if you want, you can leave it at room temperature), and after reaching your desired temperature, take a glass and serve it.
