Melt the chocolates separately over low heat or in a double boiler to avoid burning the chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate into 3 small containers, deep enough to dip the strawberries.
Disinfect the strawberries and cut off the stems, inserting a toothpick or stick into each one.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Hold the strawberries by the stick and dip each one into the white chocolate until covering 3/4 of the strawberry. Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate or dark chocolate in another saucepan. Remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and dip them in the milk chocolate, leaving part of the white chocolate uncovered. Refrigerate again.
You can combine and decorate the strawberries to your liking, using all three types of chocolate or your favorites, making different shapes. It’s important to refrigerate the strawberries between dipping in different chocolates to prevent mixing.
