Strawberry Tartlets

Strawberry tartlets are a perfect dessert for summer as strawberries are a very refreshing fruit.

  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 grams butter, (butter)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 500 grams strawberries, (strawberries)
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam

  • Prepare a dough with the flour, water, egg yolk, butter, and salt. Roll it out until it is 3 to 4 mm thick and cut 6 circles to fit into 6 tartlet molds.
  • Line the molds with the dough, prick it several times so it doesn't rise while baking, and cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees C, for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool, remove the tartlets from the molds and put a bit of jelly on each one, previously dissolved in a little water.
  • Fill the tartlets with the strawberries, drizzle with the remaining jelly, and serve.
