  • Peel the bananas, remove the membranes. Cut them in half, insert a stick without going through to the other side. Place them on a tray or mold, cover the mold with plastic wrap or aluminum foil; this is very important, otherwise, they will oxidize. Take them to the freezer for 2 hours.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately. You can do this in the microwave or using a double boiler; chop it and add a tablespoon of butter to each pot or container. Once semi-melted, mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then place it in a tall glass.
  • Dip the bananas in chocolate. Cover them completely; if you choose to use chocolate chips, you should cover them at this point. Otherwise, place them in a foam tray to hold them and take them to the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
  • Once frozen, you will need to make the face of each ghost. To do this, place some chocolate in a plastic bag, make a small hole in the corner of the bag, and form the faces of your ghosts. Here you can get as creative as you want.
