Peel the bananas, remove the membranes. Cut them in half, insert a stick without going through to the other side. Place them on a tray or mold, cover the mold with plastic wrap or aluminum foil; this is very important, otherwise, they will oxidize. Take them to the freezer for 2 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately. You can do this in the microwave or using a double boiler; chop it and add a tablespoon of butter to each pot or container. Once semi-melted, mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then place it in a tall glass.
Dip the bananas in chocolate. Cover them completely; if you choose to use chocolate chips, you should cover them at this point.
Otherwise, place them in a foam tray to hold them and take them to the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
Once frozen, you will need to make the face of each ghost. To do this, place some chocolate in a plastic bag, make a small hole in the corner of the bag, and form the faces of your ghosts. Here you can get as creative as you want.
