Tapioca Dessert

Tapioca is a gluten-free food that is highly energetic, making this recipe ideal for children's breakfast or for people who exercise a lot.

  • 1 liter water
  • 100 grams tapioca pearl
  • 1/4 condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups light milk
  • 1 cup blueberries, or blackberries
  • 1 cup crushed ice, (optional)

  • Bring one liter of water to a boil in a deep pot.
  • Once boiling, add the tapioca. Stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  • You will know the tapioca is cooked once it doubles in size and changes from white to transparent.
  • Strain the cooked tapioca and place it in a bowl or deep baking dish.
  • Add whole milk, condensed milk, and the blackberries or the fruit of your choice. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Finally, incorporate crushed ice (optional) and serve in glass cups.
