100 grams tapioca pearl
1/4 condensed milk
1/2 cups light milk
1 cup blueberries, or blackberries
1 cup crushed ice, (optional)

Bring one liter of water to a boil in a deep pot.
Once boiling, add the tapioca. Stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
You will know the tapioca is cooked once it doubles in size and changes from white to transparent.
Strain the cooked tapioca and place it in a bowl or deep baking dish.
Add whole milk, condensed milk, and the blackberries or the fruit of your choice. Mix all the ingredients well.
Finally, incorporate crushed ice (optional) and serve in glass cups.
