Wash and disinfect the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces, add the juice of half a lemon and the sugar, stir and set aside at room temperature.
Melt white chocolate in pieces in a double boiler. Put the yogurt in a bowl and gradually add the melted chocolate, stirring constantly with a spatula.
Divide the strawberries into cups and top with the chocolate yogurt cream, chill for 2 hours and serve.
