Yoghurt Raspberry Gelatin

This yoghurt raspberry gelatin looks super pretty and when you cut it, you will surprise everyone with the pieces of raspberries inside.

  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup water, hot
  • raspberries, halved

  • Put the cream and sugar on the heat.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, once dissolved, add it to the milk and sugar until it boils.
  • Remove from heat and add the yoghurt and raspberries, grease a mold and refrigerate until it sets.
