This yoghurt raspberry gelatin looks super pretty and when you cut it, you will surprise everyone with the pieces of raspberries inside.

2 cups cream
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
2 cups yogurt
1 cup water, hot
raspberries, halved

Put the cream and sugar on the heat.
Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, once dissolved, add it to the milk and sugar until it boils.
Remove from heat and add the yoghurt and raspberries, grease a mold and refrigerate until it sets.
