Yoghurt with Red Wine Plums

This dessert of creamy yoghurt with red wine plums is sophisticated and delicious. You don't need much to prepare it, and you will surely impress your guests. Dare to try it and don't save it for another occasion.

  • 1 cup plum, halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cups sugar 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups water 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cups red wine
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 yogurt, natural Oikos® (150 ml each)
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, for decoration

  • In a small pot over medium heat, cook the plums with the sugar, water, wine, cloves, and a cinnamon stick for 10 minutes or until they are cooked.
  • Drain the plums and set aside.
  • Place the yoghurt in small cups and add some plums on top.
  • Decorate with a cinnamon stick. Serve.
