Yoghurt with Roasted Pineapples and Cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices pineapple, in small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 4 yogurt, of Oikos® coconut (150 ml each)
  • 4 pinches cinnamon

  • In a pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the pineapples and cook until they take on color.
  • Add the orange juice and continue cooking until they turn a golden color on both sides and the liquid evaporates.
  • Serve the coconut yoghurt in deep containers and place the pineapples on top, then garnish with cinnamon.
