Fruit Puff Pastry Tart

This recipe is a delicious fruit puff pastry tart. It is exquisite and ideal for the whole family, but especially for adults, they will love it. Pair it with coffee or tea.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, rectangular
  • 1/2 liters pastry cream
  • 1 egg, for brushing the puff pastry
  • frozen strawberry
  • banana
  • kiwi, green and yellow
  • grapes
  • blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 glass water of roses
  • 1 envelope gelatin, neutral

  • Place the puff pastry in front of you and then fold up one centimeter from each side of the puff pastry. Press the edge with your fingers so that it sticks well.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Then crack the egg and beat it. With a brush, paint the edge of the puff pastry with the egg.
  • Then, with a fork, prick the entire center, and next, put the puff pastry in the oven. Leave it there for about 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C until it is well golden.
  • Prepare the pastry cream and let it cool before placing it on the puff pastry.
  • When the puff pastry and pastry cream are cool, place the pastry cream on the puff pastry.
  • Now it's time to put the fruit on top of the tart. Choose your preferred fruit and distribute it over the pastry cream.
  • Next, prepare the glaze for tarts and brush it over the entire tart, except for the edges.
  • Carefully cover the tart and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the topping sets.
