Fruit skewers with Granola

A quick and healthy snack! Fresh fruit covered with yogurt and breaded with crunchy granola. Good source of Fiber, excellent source of Vitamin C.

  • 12 ounces yogurt
  • 10 sticks granola, with honey and oats
  • 2 apples, medium, unpeeled, cut into pieces
  • 2 bananas, guys, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple, in pieces

  • In a shallow dish, place the yogurt. In another dish, place the crushed granola bars. Insert a toothpick into each piece of fruit.
  • To serve, dip the fruit in the yogurt, covering it completely. Passes all the fruit for the granola.
