Fruit Skewers with Granola

A quick and healthy snack! Fresh fruit covered with yogurt and rolled in crunchy granola. A good source of Fiber, an excellent source of Vitamin C.

  • 12 ounces yogurt
  • 10 sticks granola, with honey and oats
  • 2 apples, medium-sized, unpeeled, cut into pieces
  • 2 bananas, kids, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple, in pieces

  • In a shallow platter, place the yogurt. In another similar platter, place the crushed granola bars. Insert a toothpick into each piece of fruit.
  • To serve, dip the fruit into the yogurt, covering it completely. Roll all the fruit in the granola.
