Fruit Skewers with Whipped Cream

A nice idea to serve fruit for breakfast or for school lunch.

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups kiwi, cut
  • 2 cups melon, cut (or in balls)
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • whipped creams
  • orange juice

  • Chop the fruit and place it in a container. Drizzle with a little orange juice and sugar if the fruit is too sour.
  • On each skewer, add a bit of strawberries, melon, kiwi, and pineapple.
  • Garnish each plate with a bit of whipped cream.
