Gelatin Cookies

  • 2/3 cups butter, 150 grams
  • 3/4 cups sugar, 100 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour, 375 g
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon REXAL® baking powder
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® gelatin chocolate flavor, 120 g
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® gelatin coconut flavor, 120 g
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 envelope Gelatin D´Gari® nut flavor
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • icing sugar, for decoration
  • chocolate chips, for decoration
  • walnuts, chopped, for decoration
  • shredded coconut, for decoration

  • In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until it has a creamy consistency; add the eggs one by one, the flour, the salt, and Rexal® baking powder until you have a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
  • Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, adding one D´Gari® gelatin flavor chocolate, another D´Gari® gelatin flavor coconut, and to the remaining one, D´Gari® gelatin flavor walnut, knead until each flavor is integrated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Form balls of the same size and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper to bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes. Place on a rack, let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Serve with a glass of cold milk and enjoy.
