Gelatin Cubes

A delicious and different dessert is the gelatin cubes. You can serve them in a cocktail as canapés or as a table dessert; try it, you will love it.

  • 1 package raspberry gelatin
  • 70 grams butter
  • 12 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cups water, hot
  • 1 can condensed milk, (395 grams)
  • 1 package cookies, of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups water, boiling

  • Crush the cookies in a plastic bag. Melt the butter and mix it in a bowl with the previously crushed cookies.
  • Grease a large mold and combine with the cookie and butter mixture, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of hot water into a bowl along with the gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
  • Once dissolved, add the condensed milk and pour into the prepared mold, refrigerate until set.
  • Prepare the raspberry gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water, mix and let cool.
  • Pour the gelatin into the mold and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into cubes and enjoy.
