Pour the gelatin into half a cup of water to soak for 5 minutes.
Pour the remaining water into a saucepan along with the cup of sugar and corn syrup.
Heat over high heat and stir until it reaches a syrup consistency.
Remove the mixture from the heat and add the hydrated gelatin, the concentrate, and the citric acid; mix all the ingredients well and let cool for a few minutes, making sure it doesn't harden, then pour the mixture into small molds and let cool for 45 minutes.
