1 liter plain yogurt, sweetened
1/2 liters cream
2 envelopes natural unflavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
1/4 cups water

Low
Heat the cream with the sugar over low heat and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved, do not let it boil. Remove from heat.
Add the liter of yogurt to the cream with the dissolved sugar.
In a small saucepan, dissolve the two packets of gelatin in a double boiler with 1/4 cup of water until completely dissolved and free of lumps.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the sweetened cream and yogurt and mix perfectly.
Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for approximately 2 to 4 hours.
Unmold and serve.
