Ginger Gelatin-Stuffed Strawberries

We created this practical snack recipe so you can take it everywhere, filled strawberries with gelatin infused with ginger, cinnamon, and anise, which will help you complement your diet at any time of the day.

  • 1 envelope D'Gari® light water gelatin strawberry flavor, (25 g)

  • Using a knife, remove the stems and hollow out the strawberries, place them in ice molds and set aside.
  • Infuse ½ liter of boiling water with ginger, anise, cinnamon, and cook for 7 minutes. Strain and reserve the hot infusion.
  • Pour the contents of Gelatina D´Gari ® light strawberry flavor into ½ liter of water at room temperature. Let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  • Add the boiling infusion, mix until completely dissolved. Let it cool slightly without setting.
  • Using a spoon, fill the strawberries with gelatin and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut in halves and decorate with mint leaves and enjoy.
