2 tablespoons ginger powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder
1/4 teaspoons clove powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cups brown sugar
3 tablespoons molasses
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
4 cups icing sugar
1/2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/4 cups whipping cream

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour with the spices, salt, and baking powder.
In a mixing bowl, soften the butter and gradually add the sugar, then add the eggs one by one.
Add the molasses, vanilla, and gradually incorporate the flour mixture.
Place the batter in cupcake liners inside a cupcake mold.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
For the frosting, place the cream cheese in the mixer and gradually add the sifted powdered sugar.
Add the whipping cream and vanilla.
Place the frosting in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip and decorate the cupcakes.
