10 bananas, ripe
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
90 grams margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cups brown sugar, powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
cinnamon powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mash the bananas in a bowl along with the margarine.
Add the eggs and a splash of vanilla.
Add the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour into a previously greased and floured mold. Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out dry when inserted.
