Make these delicious peanut butter granola balls. They have a delicious chocolate chip peanut butter flavor and a crunchy consistency from granola. They are very easy to make and children love them. Not to be missed.
1 cup Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
2/3 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips
1/3 cups honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Lightly toast the grated coconut in a skillet over medium heat. Move it constantly to avoid burning. Once it is lightly browned, remove it from the heat.
Combine the coconut with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until you have an easy-to-handle dough.
Form small balls with your hand or you can help yourself with an ice cream spoon, in this way they will all be the same size. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to make them firmer.
Before serving, leave them at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
