Granola Balls with Peanut Butter

Make these delicious peanut butter granola balls. They have a delicious chocolate chip peanut butter flavor and a crunchy consistency from granola. They are very easy to make and children love them. Not to be missed.

  • 1 cup Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 2/3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cups honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Lightly toast the grated coconut in a skillet over medium heat. Move it constantly to avoid burning. Once it is lightly browned, remove it from the heat.
  • Combine the coconut with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until you have an easy-to-handle dough.
  • Form small balls with your hand or you can help yourself with an ice cream spoon, in this way they will all be the same size. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to make them firmer.
  • Before serving, leave them at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
