200 grams grapes, seedless
50 grams powdered sugar
150 grams nut , finely chopped
leaves peppermint, for decoration
300 grams strawberry , for the sauce
100 grams sugar , for the sauce
50 milliliters water, for the sauce

(Grape Balls) Cream the cheese with the powdered sugar.
(Grape Balls) Choose the largest grapes
(Grape Balls) Wrap them with cream cheese and then roll them in the walnuts until you have firm Grape Balls.
(Grape Balls) Keep them in the freezer for about 20 minutes before serving.
(Grape Balls) Garnish with mint leaves.
(FOR THE SAUCE) Blend the strawberries with the sugar and water.
(FOR THE SAUCE) Strain the sauce and serve with the Grape Balls.
