Green Tart

Refreshing avocado tart, perfect for hot afternoons! You’ve never tried this fruit this way, in a sweet and delicious dessert; in this case, a cold tart with a granola cookie crust. An innovative recipe that all your guests will love.

  • 300 grams cookies, of granola
  • 110 grams lard, melted
  • 4 avocados, or avocado
  • 2 lime peels
  • 1 lime, only the juice
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • For the base, process the cookies together with the melted butter.
  • With this dough, cover the bottom of a 24cm tart pan, pressing down well so that the crust is as compact as possible. Set aside.
  • For the filling, blend the avocado together with the lemon juice and zest.
  • Add the condensed milk and continue blending until you achieve a smooth and even cream.
  • Pour over the dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
