300 grams cookies, of granola
110 grams lard, melted
4 avocados, or avocado
2 lime peels
1 lime, only the juice
1 can condensed milk

For the base, process the cookies together with the melted butter.
With this dough, cover the bottom of a 24cm tart pan, pressing down well so that the crust is as compact as possible. Set aside.
For the filling, blend the avocado together with the lemon juice and zest.
Add the condensed milk and continue blending until you achieve a smooth and even cream.
Pour over the dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
