Grilled Peaches

If you want to prepare a different, easy, and at the same time very delicious and original dessert, don’t hesitate to make these grilled peaches; they are peaches on the grill with Gianduja Gelato from Holland and decorated with red fruits, you will impress your friends like a real pastry chef.

  • 4 teaspoons Spring Margarine Chantilly® unsalted
  • 2 teaspoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 peaches, fresh, halved, and pitted
  • 4 ice cream cones, in a basket
  • 4 balls Holanda® gianduia gelato
  • 2 cups mixed berries, mix

  • Combine Margarina Primavera Chantilly® with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Spread this mixture on each half of the peach, on the flesh side.
  • Cook each half of the peach on a grill until they are soft and nicely browned.
  • Place each half of the peach in a cone basket, and add a scoop of Holland® Gianduja Gelato on top.
  • Top each basket with red fruits and serve.
