Guava Jam Turnovers

Serve a different dessert with these Guava Jam Turnovers or if you don't want them for dessert, enjoy them in the afternoon to satisfy your cravings and hold you over until dinner.

  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • guava marmalade
  • 1 egg, for glazing

  • Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  • Sprinkle flour on the countertop, roll out the puff pastry into a square. Cut it into 10*10 cm squares.
  • Place the pastry squares on a greased baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  • Spread jam on the squares and fold them in half. Seal the edges with a bit of egg.
  • Glaze the turnovers with egg and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
