1/2 cups flour
300 grams puff pastry
1 teaspoon sugar
guava marmalade
1 egg, for glazing

Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Sprinkle flour on the countertop, roll out the puff pastry into a square. Cut it into 10*10 cm squares.
Place the pastry squares on a greased baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Spread jam on the squares and fold them in half. Seal the edges with a bit of egg.
Glaze the turnovers with egg and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
