1/2 kilos piloncillo , grated
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Wash the guavas thoroughly, place them in a container and mash them until you obtain a puree, then strain through a sieve.
In a saucepan, place the puree and the piloncillo, mix thoroughly.
Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring the mixture constantly with a wooden spatula.
Let it boil until you can see the bottom of the saucepan and remove the saucepan from the heat.
Grease a baking tray with butter and place small balls of the previous mixture on it, and when it cools down, roll them in sugar.
