125 grams milk powder
50 grams flour , white
10 centiliters whole milk
250 grams vanilla sugar, with vanilla
1 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon cardamom, in powder
1 tablespoon water of roses
1 tablespoon oil , for frying

Preparation of the syrup: Dissolve the sugar in 45cl of water and bring to a boil.
Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the rose water, mix, and set aside.
Preparation of the meatballs or balls: Heat the milk.
In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, flour, yeast, cardamom, and oil.
Work the dough with your fingers and soak with warm water.
Knead the dough until well combined.
Form balls of 2cm in diameter.
Heat the oil for frying over low heat.
Add the balls gradually into the oil, which should not be boiling to prevent them from burning.
Fry for 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove them and place them on a rack to drain excess fat.
Preparation of the gulab jamun: Once drained from the oil, soak them in the syrup.
Let them rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
Place the golden and shiny gulab jamun on a plate.
