1/2 cups brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups orange chocolate chip
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a deep bowl, use a whisk to mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
With an electric mixer, cream the butter with the brown sugar and sugar until you achieve a fluffy consistency.
Add the flour mixture gradually, mixing until the dough is fully incorporated.
# Add the chocolate chips and fold in with a wooden spoon.
Prepare 2-3 baking trays with parchment paper. Using a spoon, place circles of dough 5cm apart and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, and with a spatula, separate the cookies from the tray and allow them to cool before serving.
