Halloween Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies with brown and orange chocolate chips are a delicious dessert for Halloween.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a deep bowl, use a whisk to mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • With an electric mixer, cream the butter with the brown sugar and sugar until you achieve a fluffy consistency.
  • Add the flour mixture gradually, mixing until the dough is fully incorporated.
  • # Add the chocolate chips and fold in with a wooden spoon.
  • Prepare 2-3 baking trays with parchment paper. Using a spoon, place circles of dough 5cm apart and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven, and with a spatula, separate the cookies from the tray and allow them to cool before serving.
