Halloween Chocolate Pops

These delicious chocolate pops are very easy to make; you just need to buy molds for the shapes.

  • 500 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 200 grams orange chocolate chip, for baking
  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate, for baking

  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler and place it in a piping bag or a squeeze bottle with a fine tip.
  • Fill the molds with the semi-sweet chocolate, and if you are making pops, insert the stick, tap the mold a little to remove air bubbles, and freeze for 60 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
  • Remove the pops from the freezer and unmold.
  • Melt the orange chocolate in a double boiler and in another pot, melt the black chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Use a piping bag to decorate the pops with eyes, mouth, and hat, playing with both colors.
