Hamburger Cupcakes

These hamburger-shaped cupcakes are super easy to make. The meat is brownies and the mustard and ketchup are colored frostings. The lettuce is shredded coconut. They are perfect for children's parties or for Father's Day.

  • 1 white box cake, and the necessary ingredients to prepare it
  • 1 brownie mix, and the necessary ingredients to prepare them
  • 1 vanilla frosting, store-bought
  • shredded coconuts
  • food coloring, yellow, green, and red
  • sesame seeds, for sprinkling on the cupcakes

  • Prepare the cupcakes according to the cake package instructions, sprinkling sesame seeds on top.
  • Prepare the brownies according to the box instructions, in a cupcake tray with liners, filling them only up to 1/3.
  • Prepare the yellow and red frostings until you achieve a color that resembles mustard and ketchup. Place in a piping bag and set aside.
  • Put the shredded coconut in a resealable bag and paint it with green coloring, adding drops until the desired color is achieved. Mix well so that everything is the same color.
  • Cut the cupcakes in half, just below the top.
  • Place the brownie on one half of a cupcake and decorate with the frostings as if they were mustard and ketchup, sprinkle with the shredded coconut.
  • Cover with the other half of the cupcake and serve.
