Hazelnut Cream Cheesecake Bars

  • 2 cups vanilla cookies, ground
  • 90 grams unsalted butter , melted
  • 1/2 cups nut , finely chopped
  • 2 packages Great Value® cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® hazelnut spread, softened in the microwave

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, combine the cookies with the butter and the nuts. Pour the mixture into a brownie pan and, using a spoon, spread to form a crust.
  • In the mixer, cream the cream cheese with the sugar, add the egg and vanilla.
  • Pour the cheese mixture over the crust and add the hazelnut cream. Spread.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes. Cool, refrigerate for about 1 hour, and cut into bars. Serve. Buy HERE
