Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious pudding to accompany tea.

  • 250 grams wholemeal bread
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams caramelized fruit

  • Soak the bread in the milk for 20 minutes.
  • Mash the bread with a potato masher.
  • Add the eggs, the candied fruit, and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a caramel-coated mold.
  • Bake in the oven for 1 hour (in a water bath).
