250 grams wholemeal bread
2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
50 grams caramelized fruit

Leave the bread with the milk for 20 min.
Step on the bread with a potato step.
Add the eggs, the glass fruits and mix.
Pour the preparation into a caramelized mold.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour (in a bain-marie).
