250 grams wholemeal bread
2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
50 grams caramelized fruit

Soak the bread in the milk for 20 minutes.
Mash the bread with a potato masher.
Add the eggs, the candied fruit, and mix.
Pour the mixture into a caramel-coated mold.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour (in a water bath).
