Healthy Bread Pudding

Pudding fast, easy, healthy and rich to accompany the tea.

  • 250 grams wholemeal bread
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams caramelized fruit

  • Leave the bread with the milk for 20 min.
  • Step on the bread with a potato step.
  • Add the eggs, the glass fruits and mix.
  • Pour the preparation into a caramelized mold.
  • Cook in the oven for 1 hour (in a bain-marie).
