Put a saucepan on the fire and pour in the water and the hibiscus flower.
Cook for 15 minutes until it releases all its flavor. Remove the flower from the pot and add the gelatin and sugar. Mix until the sugar and gelatin are well dissolved.
Fill jelly molds.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set and enjoy.
