25 tortillas, precooked for fritters
1/2 liters vegetable oil
4 piloncillos
cinnamon, to taste
1 cup water
peanuts, ground
cloves, to taste

Cut the tortillas into four pieces, brown them in hot oil, drain on paper towels, and set aside.
For the honey, break the piloncillos, place them in a pot with a cup of water, cinnamon, and clove. Boil until it thickens. Let it cool slightly.
Drench the fritters in honey and sprinkle with peanuts, and it's ready to serve.
