Butter Gelatin

A very simple and easy-to-make gelatin but with a delicious flavor. You don't need more than a few minutes to prepare it, but when served, it will give the impression that you spent hours making it.

  • 1 envelope lime gelatin
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 800 milliliters water

  • Boil the water.
  • Add the powdered gelatin to the hot water and mix.
  • Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Blend the condensed milk, butter, and a portion of the still warm gelatin.
  • Now mix with the rest of the gelatin.
  • Pour into a greased dish or mold.
  • Refrigerate until fully set.
  • Unmold and serve.
