Butterfly Gelatin

This fruit gelatin recipe is perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or even for dinner.   • 1/2 liters cow's milk, boiling
  • 1 envelope D’ Gari® Pekes banana gelatin dessert, 85 g
  • 1 orange, sliced, peeled
  • 1/2 melons
  • 1 pear
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 red apple, cut into triangles

  • Dissolve the contents of D' Gari® Pekes Banana-flavored Gelatin in half a liter of boiling milk. Pour into a dish and refrigerate until set.
  • Using a cutter, cut the banana gelatin into medium circles for the body and very small ones for the wings.
  • Cut the melon and mango into circles the same size as the gelatin to simulate the body. Cut the rest of the melon into heart shapes for the wings.
  • Using the smaller cutter, cut 3 circles in each wing and insert a piece of gelatin, a piece of pear, and another piece of mango.
  • For assembly, simulate the body of the butterfly by alternating the medium circles of gelatin, melon, and mango vertically. Place 4 slices of orange on the sides and arrange the melon wings on top. Form the eyes with apple and use small pieces of orange for the antennas.
