Carrot Gelatin

A delicious carrot gelatin, this gelatin also includes pineapple, making the mix of flavors a different but delicious dessert.

  • 1 envelope orange gelatin
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 500 grams carrot , peeled and grated
  • 250 grams pineapple, fresh in pieces
  • 4 1/3 cups water

  • Wash, peel, and grate the carrots. Wash and chop the pineapple into small cubes.
  • Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk. In 1/3 cup of water, dissolve the unflavored gelatin and blend with the previous mixture.
  • In two cups of hot water, dissolve the orange gelatin until well dissolved, once dissolved, add two cups of water at the same time; let it cool enough and add to the blender with the other mixture.
  • In one or more molds of your preference, add carrot, pineapple, and pour the gelatin mixture in, incorporating well.
  • Refrigerate until set, unmold, and serve.
