Wash, peel, and grate the carrots. Wash and chop the pineapple into small cubes.
Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk. In 1/3 cup of water, dissolve the unflavored gelatin and blend with the previous mixture.
In two cups of hot water, dissolve the orange gelatin until well dissolved, once dissolved, add two cups of water at the same time; let it cool enough and add to the blender with the other mixture.
In one or more molds of your preference, add carrot, pineapple, and pour the gelatin mixture in, incorporating well.
Refrigerate until set, unmold, and serve.
