  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1/2 cups canned pineapple syrup
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (28g)
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • whipped cream, for decoration

  • Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, whole milk, half-and-half, the canned pineapple, the pineapple, and gradually add the hydrated gelatin.
  • In a previously greased mold, place the carrot, the rest of the canned pineapple, and the walnuts. Pour in the gelatin and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Unmold and decorate with whipped cream.
